Answer: The biggest strength that I have in me is that I am very much capable in displaying my views that clearly states what I can offer to the organization I want to work. This is where I am explaining to them that how my personal skills, interests and my motivation bonding with the company can be fruitful. I consider this one of my strengths as I have thoroughly researched about this company and thus, am aware of their facts and policies, and can easily express them at the time of the interview. Apart from this, I consider my biggest strengths to have the ability of problem solving. The problem can be small or big but the ability to solve it efficiently can make a huge difference towards the inner self, the company I am working for as well as for my team members. I consider that before the interview I must be honest with the company that what is the source from where I came to know about the company and their vacancies. I am very clear and expressive in telling the interviewer that how de sperate I am to work with the organization. Moreover, I can explain that what skills they need and how hard I can work to make my work constructive towards the organization. I am a kind of a person who is very ambitious by nature thus, my values are easily bonded with the companys goals and objectives making my targets clearer that where I want to take the organization. I am very much open towards challenges, cooperative to work with a team and the most important thing is I am always ready to face the problems coming my way rather than running away and make it more complicated. Lastly, I consider my body language to be up to the mark. On the hand, I am a very emotional person and at times, I find myself being carried away by others. This I consider my weakness that I should work on else people can easily take advantage of this. Thus, I think I need to control my emotions, listen to everyone but when taking a decision I must consider what will be fruitful for the organization, the employees and myself. From the role-play job interview, I can see that from the listed criteria nothing is there where I can say I am excellent in it. Therefore, my developments will be to work more on my strengths as well, so that what I am considering a good and a very good quality can become an excellent quality in the future. I am confident and motivated but there are t imes when I am stressed that whether I am at all eligible enough to work for this organization. The biggest mistake I did during the interview was that I completely overlooked that I have to explain interviewer that how my personal skills are parallel to their requirements in the job. This is definitely another weakness became I became slightly nervous and this important point completely went out of my focus. Thus, it can be concluded from the above analysis of my strengths and weaknesses that to develop further I need to work hard on both the above-mentioned aspects
